There is no ceiling, no tier to climb, and no shrinking territory quota. The split is the same on your first client and your fiftieth - a flat, generous rate is the whole point.
Commissions are paid on money actually collected, not on promises. Once a client's setup fee clears, your setup commission is earned; each month their subscription is paid, your residual is earned. We pay out monthly with a plain statement showing every client, what was collected, and what you earned. You are a 1099 independent contractor, so nothing is withheld - set aside for taxes accordingly.
